Tokyo, February 1, 2024 – On February 1, Celsys announced the results of the 38th International Illustration Contest, “Winter.” This contest, held from December 15 to January 8, received 2,521 entries from all over the world. After careful judging, 15 entrants were selected as prize winners, while 10 entrants were randomly selected to receive license gifts.

Comment from the winner: I feel honored to have been chosen as the winner of this important contest, I love these contests because they make you draw things that you would never think to do because of the diverse themes they have. Winning makes me feel like a little girl.
A little girl that I reflected playing with a pile of snow from which hidden fairies come out, bringing cold and fun. It is a very important work because I did not do it in the best moment of my life, many things happened, but you always have to know how to have fun in cold moments.
There were also many entries for the Timelapse Award, where contestants can submit a timelapse video of their process. Winners of the Timelapse Award were selected by lottery and received an activation code for Clip Studio Paint PRO. Meanwhile, five illustration category entrants were selected at random for the Challenger Prize. The winner of the Illustration Grand Prize receives US$2,000.
