Today, on September 25th, CELSYS, Inc. changed the stock listing of its shares from the Tokyo Stock Exchange (“TSE”) Standard Market to the TSE Prime Market.

Celsys’ product, “Clip Studio Paint”, is an app that can be installed and used on smartphones, tablets, and PCs for digital content creators worldwide who create illustrations, comics, webtoons, and animation. By developing and providing Clip Studio Paint, Celsys supports production aspects of content culture originating from Japan. Artists of all levels use Clip Studio Paint, from digital art beginners to professional comic artists, illustrators, and animators. It is an industry standard tool in studios as well as universities and vocational schools.

In addition, as an expression of gratitude to its shareholders and to commemorate the change of stock listing to the TSE Prime Market, Celsys will issue a commemorative dividend of 10 yen per share at the end of the second quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

Celsys is actively working to return profits to shareholders through dividends, share repurchases, as well as through shareholder benefits. Celsys plans to repurchase 1 billion yen of its own shares by the end of February 2025.
