We have entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with Wacom Co., Ltd. as notified on April 11, 2022 (“Notice regarding the agreement of capital and business alliance agreements and issuance of new shares through third-party allocation”). Here is an activity report.

Celsys and Wacom will report on progress of topics such as the joint development to integrate the Creative Rights Initiatives (digital rights management) solution, Wacom Yuify, with Clip Studio Paint at DoKomi, the Japanese pop culture event held in Germany from June 28, 2024, co-sponsored by both Wacom and Celsys.
