Effective September 1, CELSYS, Inc. and group company ArtSpark Holdings Inc. are set to merge under the CELSYS, Inc. name.

The companies have merged in order to create a more flexible management structure and promote the business of supporting creators, with the vision of achieving the group’s medium- and long-term growth goals. 
 
Information for investors posted on the ArtSpark Holdings website has been integrated into the Celsys corporate website. The corporate logo has also been updated.

Candera GmbH and Candera Japan, Inc., will continue as wholly owned subsidiaries, with their business roles and positioning currently under review.
