Since our founding in 1991, we have consistently operated in the realm of digital content. We have expanded our business by developing products and services with our own proprietary technologies and reinvesting the proceeds in new endeavors.
Celsys provides content creation solutions, starting from the world's first app for the digitization of animation production and apps for creating manga and illustrations, to our current solution “Clip Studio Paint,” an SaaS which integrates these technologies and provides tools for creating illustrations, comics, and animations. Through the provision of these apps, we support the creative activities of illustrators, cartoonists, and animators around the world with digital technology.
We also provide content distribution solutions by using technology assets nurtured through our content solutions. Our e-book solution, launched in 2003, revolutionized the digital distribution of manga in Japan. We are currently proposing a next-generation world of digital content distribution through our newly launched distribution solution, DC3, which treats digital content as an object.
