Through the Texas Computer Education Association (TCEA), Celsys provided Clip Studio Paint DEBUT (6-month Ver.), the standard in digital painting tools, over 4.5 million teachers and students at over 10,000 public and private kindergartens, elementary, junior high, and high schools across Texas, free of charge.
 

TCEA is a non-profit organization founded in 1980 to support the adoption of IT technology in pre-school and compulsory education institutions in Texas. Consisting of 28,000 educators, TCEA fundraises to promote the adoption of digital tools and increase IT usage in the classroom. It also provides classroom tools and curriculum.
