Celsys

Celsys provided sponsorship for PRIME THE ANIMATION, a short animated film festival held by the Universitat Politècnica de València in October 2021. The winner of the People’s Choice Award received a one year single-device license for Clip Studio Paint EX.

During the festival, 3DValue (a Wacom Partner Plus, responsible for the Wacom Experience Centre in Valencia) and comic artist Tresáncoras gave a Digital Drawing Workshop to Universitat Politècnica de València's postgraduate animation students, using Clip Studio Paint and Wacom Cintiq devices. Celsys provided licenses for the University's computers and personal licenses for the students.
 

PRIME THE ANIMATION is an international animation festival where students and young artists compete with their talents. The festival is aimed at teachers, experts, graduates, and students who have a passion for animation and is held with the support of organizations and corporations.

The 2021 festival, which was its ninth incarnation, was held over 15 days, hosted six award categories, and received 85 short film entries from 28 countries, attracting a 1,200 person-strong audience.
