CELSYS joined forces with Adobe, creator of the graphic design software “Adobe Illustrator CC”, to hold an international illustration contest this October. The contest received many submissions based on the theme of “treasure”, and prizes were awarded to the winners.

Adobe is known for its Creative Cloud service including Adobe Illustrator, while CELSYS is the authority on creative tools for producing illustrations, comics and manga, as well as animations. These two companies that could be considered rivals among the providers of graphics software, teamed up to offer an exciting joint contest to support artists and encourage people to create art.
The contest was open to traditional art and digital art created with any software, and submissions were accepted via a dedicated submission form, Twitter, and Instagram. The submissions were then displayed on CELSYS’ website. Illustrators Marumiyan and Viktoria Gavrilenko judged the entries and decided on the winners. Prizes included a 12-month license for the Adobe Creative Cloud complete plan and copies of CLIP STUDIO PAINT PRO.
